DISTANCE SALE AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
1.1. SELLER INFORMATION

1.2. BUYER INFORMATION
The BUYER party to this agreement is the person who places an order through the YT Shisha website and voluntarily provides their personal information (First Name, Last Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Phone Number, and Email Address) during the payment process. The current information entered by the BUYER into the forms on the payment page and recorded by the system shall be deemed valid.
2. PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION RELATED TO THE CONTRACT
The type, category, quantity, brand/model, and color of the purchased products, as well as the total sales price, including all taxes and shipping fees; as displayed on the payment page at the time the BUYER accepts this agreement “"Order Summary" as clearly listed in that section.
3. DELIVERY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1. The product covered by this contract will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via an agreed-upon shipping company, provided that the delivery does not exceed the statutory 30-day period.
3.2. The BUYER, from the date of delivery of the product that is the subject of this contract, 14 ((fourteen) days has the right to cancel without providing a reason.
3.3. Circumstances in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised: In accordance with consumer protection laws, products whose packaging, seal, or label has been opened, and which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, (Returns of products such as mouthpieces, hoses, opened aroma/molasses, etc., are strictly prohibited. To return products, they must be unused, still in their unopened packaging, and with their labels still attached.
4. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In the event of any disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
